Helen Poole Belue

Helen Poole Belue, of Earle, Ark., completed her journey on April 30, 2016. She passed away peacefully at Broadway Healthcare & Rehabilitation in West Memphis, Ark. She was born Sept. 24, 1927 to Clarence and Meda Poole. Helen was a member of the Earle Church of Christ. While living in Earle, she enjoyed working in her beautiful yard, canning fruits & vegetables, and taking care of her family and her dog. She was also a member of the Earle Garden Club, the Red Hat Society, and Bridge Clubs. Helen is preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Clyne P. Belue, Jr.; a son, Clyne P. Belue III; two brothers and two sisters. She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Patricia Thomas of Marion, Ark. and Lou Stokes (Dennie) of Earle; daughter-in-law, Sue Belue of West Memphis; three grandsons: Tracey Stokes (Tracy) of Marion, Greg Stokes (April) of Marion, and Chris Belue of Horseshoe Lake, Ark.; three great-grandchildren: Charles, Emma and Reese Stokes; and many family members and friends that will miss her. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Methodist South in Memphis, Tenn. as well as Broadway Healthcare & Rehabilitation for their loving care. Visitation will be Monday, May 2, 2016 from 12-2 p.m. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in West Memphis, with funeral to follow at 2 p.m. Burial will be immediately following the service at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion.
