Edwin Doyle Fesler

Edwin Doyle Fesler, 100, of Cabot, died Wednesday, April 27, 2016. He was born September 10, 1915, to the late Edwin Wallace Fesler and Zestra Lois Gilkinson Fesler. Edwin served with the United States Navy during WWII, and was stationed in Hawaii, where he had to "put up with all those hula girls." Smart, clever, and witty, he was loved by all who met him. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Fesler; daughter, Linda Wetsell; brother, Gene Fesler; and sister, Mary Beth Williamson. He is survived by his grandchildren, Lindsay Hester and Shelley Crary; and great-grandchildren, Emma and Anna Hester, and Sydney Crary. There will be a memorial service on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 5 p.m. at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501) 843-5816.
