Vivian Fern Tackett

Vivian Fern Tackett, 75, of Benton, passed away May 6, 2016. She was born September 21, 1940 in Traskwood to the late Porter Hensley and Alene Cotten Hensley. Vivian was a member of the Lonsdale Baptist Church and volunteered at the Lonsdale Fire Department for many years. She was retired from the Civitan Center in Benton. Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Billy Tackett and brother, Tommy Hensley, sister, Jeanette Allen. She is survived by her son, Eddie Tackett and wife, Tami of Benton, daughter, Elaine Lashlee and husband, David of Benton, brother, Louis Hensley of Benton, sister, Nancy New of Benton, grandchildren, Amanda Fugitt and husband, Jamie, Laura Clift, Tonya Payton and husband, Michael, great-grandchildren, Maddie Clift, Ava Fugitt, Porter Fugitt, Brady Clift, Lindy Payton and Emery Fugitt. Graveside services by Ashby Funeral Home will be 2 p.m. on Monday at Ten Mile Cemetery with Bro. Will Diggs officiating. Burial will follow at Ten Mile Cemetery.
