Mary Lynn Ferran (Johnson)

MARY LYNN FERRAN (JOHNSON), age 68, passed away in Edgewater, Fla., on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. Mary Lynn was born in Little Rock, Ark. on Oct. 22, 1947 to the late John Paul and Mary Ruth Johnson. She was preceded in death by her husband Donald Lee Ferran, who passed away Nov. 8, 2014, and her brother Tommy Johnson. Mary Lynn was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Mary Lynn was a medical transcriptionist for most of her career, and was director of the Red Cross for a number of years in Arkansas. She is survived by her son Jason Rand of Dallas, Texas; daughter Heather Price of Conway, Ark.; daughter Tiffany Richardson of Edgewater, Fla.; daughter Kathie Rose of Chicago, Ill.; granddaughters Ashleigh Story, Nova Rothlisberger, Karma Richardson and grandson Gavin Richardson; great-grandchildren Jaelynn and Lincoln Story; brother Johnny "JP" Johnson, sister-in-law Berniece Johnson. There will be service memorializing both Mary Lynn and Don Ferran on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 1:30PM at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth, 5800 West 12th Street, Little Rock, Ark. 72204. A small reception will be held at the same location, with a precession to the graveside service in Cabot, following.
