Thomas Azal Martin

Thomas Azal (Tommy) Martin, 82, of Hazen, passed away Saturday, Nov. 5, 2016. He was a carpenter and a member of New Bethel Baptist Church. Tommy was preceded in death by his wife, Margie. He is survived by one daughter, Denise (Chuck) Greenwalt of Carlisle; two sons, Buddy Martin (Pam) of Eureka, Mo., and Lance Martin (Christy) of Hazen; one brother, Don Martin of Cordova, Tenn.; sister, Joyce Hall of Washington state; seven grandchildren, Scott Greenwalt (Stacey), Jared Greenwalt (Wendy), Brook Schaedler (Matt), Lauren Martin, Caleb, Macy and Cooper Martin; seven great-grandchildren, Sadie Rogers, Whitney Swaim, Henley Greenwalt, Lydia Greenwalt, Mia Greenwalt, Kate Greenwalt and Benjamin Schaedler and three great-great grandchildren, William and Ward Rogers and Dean Swaim. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016 at the Center Point Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 7, from 6-8 p.m. at the Westbrook Funeral Home in Hazen.
