Frances Caroline Mott Fullerton, 89, of Conway, formerly of Russellville, died Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville. The daughter of Charles and Katie Harris Mott, she was born September 16, 1927 in Little Rock. She was a homemaker and a member of First United Methodist Church in Conway. She was an avid bridge player of both duplicate and party bridge. She enjoyed reading, discussing the stock market, and watching the Razorbacks play. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking her special Karo Nut pie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Fred James Fullerton; her parents; a brother, James Mott and a grandson, Jay Fullerton. Survivors include her son, Fred James Fullerton, Jr. and wife, Kathleen of Russellville; daughter, Fran Ragsdale and husband, Lowell of Conway; four grandchildren, Katie York and husband, Aubrey of Tulsa, OK, Jessica Bergren of Alexander, Drew Fullerton of Russellville, and Casey Ragsdale of Conway; two brothers, Charles Mott of Little Rock and Joe Mott and wife, Freda of Little Rock; four great-grandchildren and a host of loving nieces and nephews. A private burial will be at Adams Cemetery in Lamar by Humphrey Funeral Service. A time of visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville or First United Methodist Church in Russellville.
