He is survived his wife of 40 years, Lula Champ, and his four children, Jerome Bailey, Shalandra Champ, Andrea (Dennis Harris) Champ, and Caleb Champ; three Brothers, Cleveland (Diane) Champ, Ricky and Richard Champ, sister, Christine (Patrick) Parker two granddaughters and a host of nieces, nephews others relatives and friends.
