Donald G Bryant

Donald "Donnie" G. Bryant, 63, of Clinton, went to be with the Lord Friday, October 7, 2016. He was born September 23, 1953 in Little Rock, Ark. to Gerald Eugene Bryant and Georgia Marcelene Swan. Donnie was also preceded in death by his father, stepson, Chuck, and brother, Rick. Donnie was a member of Clinton Missionary Baptist Church and a veteran of the United States Navy. He enjoyed fishing, watching television, and traveling to Hot Springs to relax. Donnie was very talented with his hands and enjoyed building things. He especially loved to sit on the front porch at night with his wife, Teresa. Donnie loved children and meeting people, he never met a stranger. He was very unselfish and was always willing to help others. Donnie was well honored by Luther Minton for honoring his wishes in taking care of his granddaughter, Teresa until his passing. Donnie is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Teresa, two daughters, Sonya Bryant of Clinton and April Solomon of California, two brothers, Dwight Bryant and Jimmy of California, sister, Kim and nephew, Rick Bryant both of Cabot, stepson, Len, two step-daughters, Brittany of Kansas and Hannah of Hutto, Texas, seven grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 12th at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home in Clinton. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with burial following at Culpepper Cemetery.
