David Russell Bell

David R. Bell, age 73, passed away on September 7th surrounded by loving family. He was born in Houston, Texas and lived in Hot Springs with his wife of 51 years. He is survived by wife, Mary Bell of Hot Springs, son, Russell Bell and wife Jamie of Marion, Arkansas, daughter, Summer Tucker and husband Tracy of Knoxville, Tennessee, sister, Ginny Jones of Longview, Texas and grandchildren, Mary Peyton Bell, Piper Bell, Matthew Tucker, and Miller Tucker. David was a past president of the Arkansas Telephone Association. He was a member of the Masons, Shriners, Jesters and Elks. He loved race horses and bred, raised, trained and raced thoroughbreds. He owned and operated J C Turf Supplies in Hot Springs. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials can be made to the American Heart Association.
