Ethel Lee Smith Russell, 87, of Little Rock, Ark. passed away peacefully on September 2, 2016. She leaves to mourn her passing her children, Charles Russell of NLR, Ark., Sherida Russell of Houston, Texas, James Russell of Little Rock, Ark., Debora Russell of LR, Ark., Gloria Russell of Carrollton, Texas, Crystal Russell of LR, Ark., and Essie Mae Robinson of Springfield, Ill; twin sister, Effie Lee Smith of NLR, Ark., and Annie Mae Dobson of Fort Worth, Texas; along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren and relatives. Home going services will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016, 10 a.m., at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 850 Atkinson Street, North Little Rock, Ark. Interment will follow at Rest In Peace Memorial Gardens, Hensley, Ark. Family visitation: Today, September 9, 2016, 6-7 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S. Chester St., LR (501) 372-1305.
