T.J. Westfall, age 87, of Nashville, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in Nashville. He was born January 25, 1929 in Nathan, Arkansas to the late Luther and Chloe Harris Westfall. He was a retired Jeweler and a faithful member of the First United Methodist Church in Nashville. He graduated Nashville High school in 1948 and then served two years in the army during the Korean conflict. After his discharge from the army, he worked for Kay Jewelers in Texarkana and Peacock Jewelers in Tulsa, Oklahoma before opening Westfall Jewelers in 1975 in Sand Springs, Oklahoma. He retired in 1996 and in 2001 he and Claudia moved back to Nashville. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and three brothers- Orville, Odean and Glenn. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Claudia Boozer Westfall, three sons- Greg (Jen Ann), Jeff, and Kevin (Vicky), five grandchildren- Ryan (Ashley), Julie Meyer (Jesse), Jarrod, Kaitlyn and Max. Three great-grandchildren- Natalie, Ayden and Lane Westfall (all of Tulsa), and a host of friends. Services will be Friday, September 23, 2016 at 3 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Nashville with James Harris and Don Jones officiating. Interment will follow in Ozan Cemetery at Bingen under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday from 2 p.m. until service time.
