Paul Stalter of Cabot, Ark., was born June 2, 1942, in Sandusky, Ohio, and was called to his heavenly home on Dec.13, 2017, at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, Ark. His parents Harold and Mary Stalter were waiting with excitement at the front gates of heaven to be reunited once again with their only child. While we rejoice that he is now with his heavenly father and no longer suffering in his earthly body, the love of his life Johnnye Lee-Stalter of Cabot; sister-in-law, Marie Fletcher of Jacksonville, along with numerous nieces and nephews will miss him greatly. Uncle Paul worked in the automotive business for over 30 years. If you ever test drove or bought a car from Russell Chevrolet, chances are you met him or he had the honor of selling you that special car. He was a man who was always laughing or telling a joke. He had built lifetime friendships with his co-workers, some were with him to the end of his journey. Paul attended the First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock. A celebration of his life will begin with a visitation with friends and family at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18, 2017, at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 1504 North J.P. Wright Loop Rd, Jacksonville, Ark., (501-982-2136). Paul's home going celebration will begin at 2 p.m., in the Moore's Funeral Home Chapel with his nephew Mayor Gary Fletcher officiating, followed by entombment at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. Pallbearers include Gary Fletcher, Ken Fletcher, Todd Fletcher, Stan Guinn, Gary Walters, and Lynn Burford. Online guestbook:www.mooresjacksonvillefuneralhome.com.
