Glen McKinley

Glen Wayne McKinley, 68, of Pine Bluff, passed away Friday Feb.10, 2017. Born April 4, 1948 at North Little Rock, he was a son of the late Logan and Othelia McKinley. Glen was Traffic Manager for Georgia Pacific for many years and retired from AR/MO Railroad Superior Switching Service, where he was a Warehouse Manager. He retired in 2013. His free time was spent fishing and spoiling his precious grandchildren, and they loved their "Pop-Pop". In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his father- and mother-in-law, Pal and Rosie Bascom; a brother-in-law, Randy Bascom; and a nephew, Brian McKinley. Mr. McKinley is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Karen Bascom McKinley; daughters, Kristina Meeks and husband Joseph, and Michelle Koch and husband Mark; siblings, Earnest McKinley and wife Sue, Allan McKinley and wife Rosie, and Carolyn Pollett and husband John; sister-in-law, Myrna Bascom Cummins and husband Mike; grandchildren; Nathan, Hannah, Caroline, Nicholas and Sarah; and several very special nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Monday, 1 p.m. at Fuller Hale-South Funeral Chapel. In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Arkansas Game and Fish Commission or St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
