Joyce Lee Babb, 67, of Heber Springs passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017. She was born April 16, 1949 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Marvin L. and Minnie Lee (Caples) Jordan. She was owner of Joyce's Superstop and Tobacco in North Little Rock. She was a member of Riverland Country Club in Heber Springs and founder of Ladies of Riverland (LOR). Joyce was also a member of the VFW Ladies' Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Paul J. Babb of Heber Springs, Arkansas; children, Pauline Lee Pharr (Mark) of St. Peters, Missouri, Scott E. Fleenor (Nancy) of Portsmouth, Ohio, Thomas L. Rogers of North Little Rock, Arkansas, "the baby" James D. Rogers, III (Beverly) of Sherwood, Arkansas, Christopher Scott Babb (Katie) of Tampa, Florida and Dana E. Grace of Cabot, Arkansas; 22 grandchildren; 15 1/2 great-grandchildren; brother, B. Michael Jordan of Cammack Village, Arkansas; and numerous nieces, nephews, other extended family and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, and Jerry Lewis Jordan and Betty Marie Jordan, all of North Little Rock, Arkansas. Memorials may be made to Susan G. Funeral service will be held 10 a.m., Friday, February 17, 2017 at Smith – North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main Street. Please wear something pink in her honor.
