Edna E. Sturges

EDNA E. STURGES, 94, of Little Rock, passed away on Friday, Feb. 17. She was born on June 24, 1922 to the late, Fred G. and Edna Mae Myrick. Edna grew up in Little Rock and graduated from Central High School. She was a longtime member of First Church of the Nazarene. She retired from ARCO Credit Union in Los Angeles, Calif., and moved back to Little Rock in 1995. She is also preceded in death by her brother, Fred Myrick. Edna is survived by her son, Paul B. Sturges; granddaughters, Malorie Macklin and Michele Sturges; sisters, Anna Lou Edwards and Jessie Coleman; nieces and nephews, Marion Pepper, Becky Doan, Annette Myrick, Melonie Dickson, Steven Edwards, and Cheryl Martindale; as well as, additional family and friends. Funeral service will be 10 a.m., Monday, Feb. 20, 2017 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Ark. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Ark.
