Florence Hines-Brown

Dr. Florence Hines-Brown 89, of Sweet home, passed in Decatu,r Ga. February 12th. She was born to the late Guy Sr. and Blanche Hines. Dr. Brown was an outstanding English Professor, Dunbar Alumni, and member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority.
