Bobbie Ree Davis Norrell

Bobbie Ree Davis Norrell, 81, of Sheridan, passed away, Friday March 13, 2017. Born May 2, 1935 in Lonoke County, she was a daughter of the late James Henry Davis and Effie Brazzell Davis. A homemaker first and foremost, Bobbie also worked alongside her husband hanging & finishing sheetrock. She attended the Cowboy Church and enjoyed doing her crafts, such as crocheting and painting. She loved her animals and had a huge heart, never turning a stray away. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, James Don Norrell; sons, Darrell Thomas and Doug Norrell; sister, Lola Mae Furr; brothers, Doyan, Burl and Herman Davis; brother-in-law, Hubert Henderson, and son-in-law, Jesse "Fuzzy" Hulse. Bobbie is survived by her sons, Charles Thomas (Sandra) and Donnie Norrell (Sue); daughters, Pam Hulse, Beckie Stephens (Steve), Jenny Norrell (Wayne), Beverly Lynch (Brian), and Rena Edwards (Jay); sister, Helen Henderson; daughter-in-law Linda Thomas; 30 grandchildren, 58 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren; and many other loving friends and family. Funeral services will be Friday, March 17, 11 a.m. at Fuller Hale~South Funeral Chapel with Brother James Watson officiating. Interment will follow in Union Valley Cemetery near England.
