Kenneth E. Jackson

Kenneth Edwin Jackson, 85, of Bismarck, died Friday, Oct. 20, 2017, at his home. He was born on Aug. 24, 1932 in Old Washington, Ark., to the late Joseph and Annie Lou Jackson. He was a 1950 graduate of Arkadelphia High School, a retired employee of Arkansas State Parks and a member of Unity Missionary Baptist Church in Bismarck. Kenny was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Joe Jackson. He is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Bess Yates Jackson; his brother and sister-in-law, Stingley and Becky Jackson, of Mayflower, Ark., and their four children; and, a host of in-laws and nephews and nieces. Visitation will be on Oct. 24, 2017 at 1 p.m. prior to the 2 p.m. Memorial Service at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia, Ark. Burial to follow in DeRoche Cemetery in Bismarck.
