Sergeant Bill N. Mallett, NLRPD, (Ret.), 74, of Sherwood, died Monday, November 19, 2018. He was born on March 3, 1944 to the late Irvin and Reba Hill Mallett in Bono, Faulkner County, Arkansas. A member of Little Rock First Church of the Nazarene. Bill is also preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy; mother-in-law, Charlene Spence Atkinson; brother-in-law, Stan Dickerson; niece, Whitney Atkinson; and nephew, Will Mallett. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Carolyn Atkinson Mallett; his sons, Craig (Ashley) and Cary (Jan); grandchildren, Christian (Yvette), Abby Hernandez (Moises), Nicholas (Kyla) and Seth (Cheyenne); great-grandchildren, Olivia, Eva and Diego; brothers, Frank (Carolyn Marie), Danny (Kathy), Gary (Carolyn Faith); sister, Nancy Dickerson; sister-in-law, Arlene; father-in-law, Ray Atkinson of Morrilton; brothers and sisters-in-law, Charles (Katie), Linda Jordan (Nathan), Mike (Sha-Ron), Marilyn Thomas (Bill) and Jim (Carol); along with a host of nieces and nephews, family, friends and church family. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at 10 a.m. at First Church of the Nazarene, 1200 N Mississippi St., Little Rock, Ark. 72207. Burial will be 2 p.m. at Mallett Town Cemetery in Conway County. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Roller-Owens Funeral Home, 5509 John F.
