Charles Roe

Charles Franklin Roe, 81, passed from this earth at his home October 2, 2018, in Ash Flat, Ark. He is survived by his wife, Jerry Roe; four sons; eight grandchildren; onr brother; and teo sisters-in-law. Charles retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Sr. MSgt.
