Starr Lynn Strom

Starr Lynn Strom, 60, of North Little Rock, passed away on September 21, 2018. She was born on March 25, 1958 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Myron C (Bill) Kelley and Shirley F Starr. Starr was an animal lover and loved her family dearly. She embodied what it meant to be a true redhead. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is preceded in death by her father, one uncle, Jack Starr and her grandparents, Louise and OJ Starr. Starr is survived by her mother, Shirley Starr Brown of North Little Rock; one son, Barry Kelley of North Little Rock; one daughter, Tishan Barker (David) of Enola; three grandchildren, Lawaynea D Barker, Alfred L barker, Jr and Cheyene Starr Miner (Shannon); five great-grandchildren, Anthony Barker, Mia Cresswell, Giovanni Gillespie, Elizabeth Miner and Brayden Miner; two great-grandchildren on the way; two uncles, Don Starr and Harold Starr; two aunts, Linda Giesecke and Karen Jeffcoat; and many other family members and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, September 27, 2018, at Roller-Owens Funeral Home; 5509 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park.
