I only wish the FBI would crack down on both meth labs and pill trafficking. There are more meth labs in the Delta. Arkansas has the highest teen pregnancy rate of any state in the US, as well as the highest number of methamphetamine labs. Arkansas does in fact have a rather small population (somewhere around 2 million) and low rankings in education and average income. Seems to me all the money that went into the capture of all these people should have went to a more effective government programs including Education, creation of jobs for that particular area and teen pregnancy awareness. It is my opinion that exposure to constructive things is what these people need.

Ship all the drug dealers and pimps to HWH and that part of the delta it's a land from a time gone bye. You have the have's and the have not's. No middle class. I asked a friend from there how far is HWH from Dallas, he replied about 40 years.

Well-here we go!!! I am sure it is all of society's fault that these poor folks got involved in bad stuff!! In a PIG's EAR IT IS!!! You cannot blame the evil they do, no matter how bad their daddy was or how many bad folk he/she ran around with, no matter how many of the Pschyco-babblers say that is the problem!! The problem is not environment, parents, or society, although these are contributing factors. The problem is a choice of evil instead of good, wrong instead of right. These folks made a poor choice!!!
