Bike riders big and small ended their rides April 28 with a cookout at River Trail Rentals in North Little Rock. Biking for Bigs included a 20-mile ride for cyclists to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Arkansas.

The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences is painted in soothing creams, blues and greens, and the light-colored woodlike floors give the unit a clean, modern look. The individual rooms for the tiny newborns are filled with natural light from large windows and have a couch and chair that fold out for weary parents to sleep.
