North Little Rock police arrest 2 of 3 suspects in shooting death of 33-year-old

UPDATE:

Two of three suspects named in the shooting death of a man in North Little Rock last week have been arrested.

Police said in a statement Wednesday night that Braylon Winston, 19, and Johnathan Hall, 17, were each arrested on charges of capital murder and aggravated robbery in the killing of Zechariah Jones, 33, early Friday. Winston also faces a charge of theft of property.

Jones was found lying on the ground suffering from “several” gunshot wounds in a home in the 4100 block of Pike Avenue. He was later pronounced dead at UAMS Medical Center.

A third suspect, identified as 27-year-old David Bell, is still being sought and should be considered "armed and dangerous," police said.

Police have named three suspects in the death of a man shot at a North Little Rock home early Friday.

According to a Wednesday news release, 27-year-old David Bell, 17-year-old Jonathan Hall and 19-year-old Braylon Winston are wanted on charges of capital murder and aggravated robbery. All three are reportedly considered armed and dangerous.

Winston is also wanted on a property theft charge, police said.

Anyone who knows the suspects' whereabouts is asked to contact the department.

The killing of Zechariah Jones, 33, was the city's fourth homicide in 2018, Arkansas Online previously reported.
